"Dr. Joseph KUBWIMANA (PhD) is a Lecturer and Head of Department at the University of Rwanda – College of Education. He holds a PhD in Education Sciences from the University of Bouaké (Ivory Coast – Paris V) obtained in 2013, as well as a Master’s degree in Education Sciences (2012) and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology (2012) from the College of Education, Ivory Coast.
With more than 22 years of professional experience in the education sector, Dr. Kubwimana has served in several leadership and academic positions, including Head of Department, Director of School Practice (Internships), Dean of the Faculty of Education at UCAO/ICK, and Principal of the Higher Institute of Pedagogical and Religious Sciences at the Catholic University of West Africa.
He has published numerous articles and books in his areas of interest, with a particular focus on academic failure and its contributing factors."
