Brief profile: 
Short Biography of Dr. Manizabayo Phanuel: Dr. Manizabayo Phanuel is the lecturer at University of Rwanda (UR) located in Kayonza District. He received his PhD in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction; Cognate in Educational Administration at Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS), Silang, Cavite, Philippines. He studied his master’s degree in education Major in Administration & Supervision at Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) in Graduate School, Department of Education, where he graduated in 2015 with honors (Magna Kum Laude). After getting his Bachelor of Arts in Education, Dr. Manizabayo served as a teacher and secondary school administrator for 12 years. In 2015, he was appointed as an assistant lecturer at University of Gitwe, College of Education. In 2017, Dr. Manizabayo published in international journal and joined Asia Qualitative Research Association (AQRA) where he is an active member. He is also part of High Education Cancel (HEC). His research areas include but not limited to the competence-based curriculum, teaching strategies, and school administrative leadership skills.
