He co-published African literature of French expression: the novel and French expression 3, French dissertation, African literature, theater and dramatic arts, the anthology for a culture of peace in the African Great Lakes region (2014) . He also published African Literature in French (2015) and in   2017 he was co-author of Convergences: positive the other, Anthology 3. Brief profile: 
Boney-Pie Musemakweli, born on 11 July 1963, is a widower and currently holds the academic rank of Lecturer. His research interests focus on the teaching and learning of French in heteroglot contexts. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from the National University of Rwanda (UNR), followed by a Master 1 in Language Sciences with a specialization in Teaching French as a Foreign Language from Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3. He later completed a Master 2 Research degree in Language Sciences, with a focus on sociolinguistics and linguistic-educational policies, at Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier. In addition to his academic qualifications, he earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCLTHE) in 2009 in Kigali Institute of Education. He has also obtained several professional certificates in the teaching and learning of French as a Foreign Language, including training in communicative practices for FLE teaching at the Institut Français du Rwanda (2010), accreditation to mark written and oral DELF/DALF examinations for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1 (2014), and training in fundamental practices and techniques for FLE teaching (2016). In July 2024, he completed a Diplôme d’Université (DU) in pedagogical tools and practices for FLE at the Université Catholique de l’Ouest (UCO). On 22 July 2025, he successfully defended his PhD thesis in French/Education at the University of Rwanda – College of Education.
