Bizimana Barthelemy

Dr. Barthelemy Bizimana is a Lecturer and Head of Department of Foundations of Education and Curriculum Studies at the University of Rwanda – College of Education. He has rich academic and administrative experience in higher education. He teaches courses in foundations of education, educational psychology, and inclusive education. He holds a PhD in Philosophy of Education, a Master’s degree in Education, two Bachelor’s degrees. He is an e-learning champion with professional trainings and publications in peacebuilding and teacher development.
