Philothère Ntawiha is an Associate Professor of planning and economics of education at the University of Rwanda-College of Education, School of Educational sciences, Department Foundations of Education and Curriculum Studies. His areas of interest include: educational planning, equity, leadership and management, teacher education, peace education, curriculum development and evaluation, and public private partnership in education. Philothère has a wide teaching, research, consultancy and publication experience in his fields of expertise. He has led several research/consultancies at national and international levels. He has also written several academic papers and some of them have been published in highly acclaimed journals. Philothère has supervised over 20 postgraduate students including master and PhD students. He has also participated in the development and implementation of several bachelors, masters, PhD and post-experience programmes.
