Brief profile: 
Ndagijimana was teacher and Director and Principal in different secondary schools in Senegal and Rwanda. From 2006, he teaches in different universities in Rwanda and Burundi. Today he serves as the Lecturer of educational sciences and Head of Department at University of Rwanda-College of Education in School of Education. Dr. Jean Baptiste Ndagijimana has over 17 years’ experience in higher education and human capacity building as a scholar and consultant. He served in various academic leadership positions from 2008 to 2018 as Head of Department and Dean of school of Education. At national level he serves as Higher Education Council’s register of programme evaluator/ Institutional Auditor/ subject Reviewer and contribute regularly to evaluation and accreditation process of educational programs. His research interests are in teaching-learning studies, teacher’s motivation. He is also involved in curriculum design and development. His vision is to deliver Knowledgeable students with high teaching quality, competent at international market. His career objectives are to find a challenging position and to meet his competencies, capabilities, skills, education and experience. As his key aptitudes, he is independent and responsible, flexible, team worker and Open mind.
